Ultra-High Temperature and Low-Loss Silica Ceramic Insulated RF Coaxial Cable (-273°C to +1000°C), adopted in high-end fields such as aerospace and nuclear power overseas.

High-Temperature Enameled Wires
High-temperature enameled wire (300~350°C), ultra-high-temperature electromagnetic enameled wire (600°C~1000°C)
600°C~1000°C Ultra High Temperature Electromagnetic Enameled Wire by the factories of Yilaite Group.
Silica Inorganic Insulated Magnet Wire (SiO₂ wire) — a radiation-resistant winding wire with ultra-high temperature resistance up to 1000°C, including micro fire-resistant wires and small-diameter fire-resistant wires with a minimum diameter of 0.025mm.
In various applications requiring electromagnetic windings, such as motors, sensor coils, inductors, etc., when operating in harsh environments with temperatures exceeding 300°C — especially under the combined effects of high-low temperature shock, radiation, vibration, etc. — conventional enameled wires with organic plastic insulation cannot be used due to exceeding their temperature limit.
The SiO₂ pure inorganic insulated enameled wire developed by Tuowen Technology can be reliably applied in such scenarios. This inorganic insulated enameled wire boasts excellent performance including high operating temperature (600°C or above), strong radiation resistance and good bending property. It has been widely adopted in high-end fields such as aerospace and nuclear power overseas.
300~350°C High-Temperature & High-Voltage Resistant Enameled Wire
To meet market and customer demands, this product is a high-performance 300~350°C high-temperature and high-voltage resistant enameled wire developed by Zhuhai Tuowen Technology. It serves as a supplement to Tuowen Technology’s ultra-high-temperature (600°C-1000°C) enameled wire series.
The insulation material is aerospace-grade aromatic cyclic polymer, featuring zero pinholes and high voltage resistance. It can withstand long-term operation at 260°C, with a service life 3-10 times longer than that of conventional 220°C high-temperature polyimide enameled wires available on the market, thus satisfying the diverse needs of different customers.
The conductor can be single-strand or multi-strand high-conductivity oxygen-free copper wire, or other composite metals. The standard conductor diameter ranges from 0.1mm to 2.8mm; for diameters beyond this range, please contact us for a customized consultation.
600°C High-Temperature & Radiation-Resistant Coils and Inductors
High-power and high-current coils, voice coils, inductors and other winding components manufactured with our company’s 600°C inorganic insulated enameled wire have significant advantages over similar products made with ordinary enameled wires:
- Higher operating temperature, up to 600°C for instance.
- Larger continuous operating power and current, nearly 5-10 times that of ordinary enameled wire products.
- Stronger radiation resistance — inorganic insulation shows almost no degradation effect when exposed to radiation.
- Longer service life, which promises broad application prospects in special industries.
